our story
We started life as a family of salmon farmers, rearing fish on Loch Creran, on the west coast of Scotland. With a focus on quality, we supplied high end smokers and restaurants. Since then, we’ve also farmed mussels, oysters, urchins and clams on the loch, during which time aquaculture has gown to become Scotland’s largest food export sector. This farming experience has illustrated the importance of the quality chain and partnership.
Today, we are a genuine salmon partner for farmers, processors, importers and manufacturers,many of whom are based outside the UK. Working closely with a number of processors in Scotland, we source and supply high quality salmon ingredients, and are always on the lookout for new applications and usages for salmon and trout material.
